Formulated with durable acrylic resin and special reinforcing materials. Seals out water. Mildew-resistant. Blends in on existing white roofs. Recommended for patching cracks, seams, holes, and breaks around: Chimney flashings, air conditioners, parapet walls, vents, stacks, gutters, skylights, and metal seams. Soap and water clean up - while wet. Color: White.
